Maison Trimbach Riesling "Classic" Alsace France
The oldest of old school Riesling. Packed with citrus, pear, and white peach, and a lingering dry finish. All that complex fruit, acidity, and body help it stand up to the meal nicely. The classic dry style also makes this a real crowd pleaser- I've never poured a glass for someone that didn't love it.
