Spark Bagel was born out of a lifelong love of bagels and wanting to bring that love to Mid Coast Maine. These bagels are hand rolled, honey boiled, and baked. Inspired by tradition and infused with place, we use Maine grown and malted grains alongside our flours to create a sourdough bagel we are excited to share with you.
Best enjoyed within a day. Keep in a plastic bag to last a bit longer. A quick toast brings them right back to life. For even longer storage, slice and freeze.
