Get the last of this beautiful Beaujolais Nouveau from Sylvere Trichard, an up and coming natural wine producer. The grapes are biodynamically grown on a tiny 6ha vineyard, then hand harvested and carbonically macerated in concrete tanks. The result is this juicy, chillable quaffable wine, with a dark cherry note, dried flowers and spice with mouthwatering acidity.
