The return of one of our favorite reds! A blend of 3 red and 1 white varietals, all carbonically macerated together. The result is a joyful, gluggable, exciting natural wine. On the nose we get- and hear us out- pizza sauce! Tart tomato, dried oregano, and basil. The palate is as fresh and juicy as ever- tart cherries and pomegranates. Pairs beautifully with the Muhammara. If you caught a bottle of this last season you know how much fun it is- I've got 2 cases but will likely be depleting that stash with personal consumption so act fast!
