You have to have a solid gameplan for what you eat on Thanksgiving day before the big feast. There's rarely enough time for breakfast and lunch before an early dinner, so our strategy is to have a more robust mid-day meal and it has traditionally been a lavish bagel spread!
Spark Bagel was born out of a lifelong love of bagels and wanting to bring that love to Mid Coast Maine. These bagels are hand rolled, honey boiled, and baked. Inspired by tradition and infused with place, we use Maine grown and malted grains alongside our flours to create a sourdough bagel we are excited to share with you.
