An organic Cava completely free of added sulfites, which I don't think I've seen anywhere else. It's floral and pretty, lots of pear and green apple, and the palate is light bright and fresh. More of that white fruit and a touch of almond nuttiness with steady persistent bubbles. Just a killer, well made bottle of Cava.
