Dry Tokaj from Hungary! What a thrill! This is a fun, funky white. The grapes are hand picked and then fermented in stainless steel with native yeasts. The wine then spends 2 years in the bottle before release. Herbal and honeyed on the nose, with waxy crisp apple and pear notes and a cheesy, parm-rind finish. A very cool wine to linger over and let develop in the glass. I was able to snag 10 bottles, so that means I've got 9 left for you to enjoy!
