For all you folks who have been asking, it's finally here! This lasagna recipe has been a part of Trillium longer than we have.....it predates us by many years, and is quite possibly the company's signature dish. It is certainly the recipe we receive the most requests for....no joke, we regularly get emails asking for it from guests who have attended events where this lasagna was served. And why wouldn't they? Toasted garlic and rosemary infused béchamel, sweet butternut squash, and a whole lot of parm. Paired with a bright and pleasantly bitter radicchio salad. Pair it with the Le Fraghe Bardolino, we would!
