Some real Sunday Gravy vibes happening here. Pork Shoulder braised forever and ever with White Wine, Garlic, Bay Leaf, and Rosemary, served alongside these adorable little Parmesan Polenta Cakes atop a light Tomato Sauce. We basically forgot Broccolini existed for some reason, and are so excited we remembered.....here it's bathed in an infused Olive Oil with Garlic, Chili Flakes, and Lemon Zest. And we pretty much refuse to eat pork without Salsa Verde anymore, so it's got that too. Pairing with a bottle of the Monte di Grazia Melogna feels like exactly the right call here. Buon appetito!
